On May 9, 2016 at 5:15 pm, patrol officers responded to the area of 787 S. Weyant Ave on a reported shooting with two victims. Upon arrival, patrol officers located Armani D. Anderson M/B 14, he was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. Victim #2, Devon Wyrick M/B 21, was located at the scene and remains in stable condition at an area hospital. The initial investigation indicates there was a dark colored vehicle that drove past the location and fired several shots striking the victims.
